Frequently Asked Questions for x series soloist arch top slatx7q ms heads EMG® 81 and 60 humbucking Color:Fireburst
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Ask the seller to clarify any mismatch between transaction information and order entries. Check whether any fulfillment step has already occurred for either entry.
What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Check that a downloaded document opens and remains readable. Review any later adjustment record together with the original document.
What should I check when changing marketing message preferences after a purchase?
Retain access to the contact route needed for unresolved order matters. Do not interpret fewer promotional messages as a change in order status.
