Frequently Asked Questions for Apex AX02 42" Bodyboard in Blue Plan B Designed with a broad build

How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?

A from price needs to be checked against the option you actually select. Avoid treating a possible result as a guaranteed result for your circumstances.

How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?

Check whether the chat system emails a copy automatically. Use the record to support clear and accurate follow-up.

What should I know before adding special instructions to an order note?

Check whether the seller says order notes are reviewed. Save the submitted wording with your purchase records.
